2) Acceptance and Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country for digital services) to use the App. If you are a minor, you confirm that your parent or guardian has approved your acceptance of these Terms.

3) Accounts and Sign-In

• You can sign in with Google, Apple / Game Center, or play as a guest.
• Guest profiles are tied to your device; access may be lost if you change devices or delete app data.
• Your account is personal. It may not be sold, transferred, or shared.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

4) License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App, except where mandatory law permits.

5) Virtual Economy: Energy and Virtual Items

• In-game energy and other virtual items are a limited license to use them inside the App. They are not your property.
• Virtual items have no real-money value. They cannot be cashed out, refunded, transferred to other players, or sold.
• Some time-limited ad-free periods can be purchased in the Shop with in-game energy. They expire automatically at the end of their period.
• We may adjust the game economy (energy earn/spend rates, prices, items) for balance and abuse prevention, and may correct balances obtained in error or through rule violations.
• Dice are part of normal game rules. The App is not a gambling, betting, or wagering service and offers no real-money winnings.

6) Subscriptions (No Ads)

The App offers auto-renewable No Ads subscriptions: monthly and yearly. The current price, duration, and scope are shown on the purchase screen.

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. We never see your payment details.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancellation is done only through your App Store / Google Play subscription settings, not inside the App or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds and price changes are governed by the rules and processes of the relevant store (Apple / Google).

7) Advertising

The App may show third-party ads (Google AdMob) to players without an ad-free entitlement. Ad-free status is obtained via subscription or time-limited entitlements purchased with energy. Ad-related data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

8) User Content and Code of Conduct

The App includes player-to-player text chat and voice messages. You are responsible for the content you send. We apply zero tolerance to abusive behavior: insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, obscene content, spam, and any unlawful content are prohibited.

• We may moderate content using automated and/or human review, but we cannot guarantee that all harmful content will be detected.
• You can report and block abusive players. We review reports and, where we find a violation, remove content and suspend or terminate the account.
• By sending content you grant us a limited license to transmit, display, and moderate it for the purpose of operating the service.

9) Fair Play

• Dice are generated server-side using a verifiably fair dice system.
• Cheating, automation tools, multi-account abuse, exploiting bugs, unauthorized access to our servers, and interference with game traffic are prohibited.
• In case of violation we may cancel games, correct scores/Elo and balances, and suspend or permanently close the account.

10) Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, graphics, sounds, design, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights beyond the license expressly stated.

11) Availability and Changes to the Service

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the entire service; for significant changes we aim to give reasonable advance notice.

12) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress, or virtual items. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, remains unaffected.

13) Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and damages brought against us that result from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14) Termination and Account Closure

• You may stop using the App at any time and may request deletion of your account (including in-app account deletion).
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
• We may close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, after a reasonable time and with prior notice where feasible.
• When an account is closed, virtual items and energy balances end together with the license to use them; no payment is made for them.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the App or on our website; continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

16) Consumer Rights and Severability

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in Türkiye, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or your country of residence that cannot be waived by contract. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

17) Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Central) have jurisdiction over disputes. If you act as a consumer, your right to apply to consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts at your place of residence remains reserved.
