How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected].
- Use the subject line Meta Data Deletion Request.
- Include your in-game player ID or username so we can identify your account.
- If you prefer, you may also submit the same request from our support page: https://backgammon.mitcore.com/en/support
What happens next
- We review the request and verify the account details.
- We delete or anonymize eligible data associated with your account, subject to legal and operational requirements.
- We confirm completion by email.
